FAQs
1. What if I miss a session?
No worries! You can reschedule through the app, or use open gym time to make it up. We’re flexible—but we also help you stay consistent!
2. I’ve tried gyms before and always got hurt or burnt out. How is this different?
That’s actually who we work with most. Every plan is tailored to your body, experience, and lifestyle—so you’re not guessing, winging it, or doing movements that don’t make sense for you.
3. What if I haven’t worked out in years… or ever?
It’s alright! A huge part of our community came in exactly where you are. We ease you in with a personalized plan and experienced coaches who know how to meet you at your level—without judgment.
4. I’m coming off an injury—do I need to be “cleared” to train?
If you’re working with a physical therapist, we’re happy to collaborate. Many of our clients come straight from PT into personal or semi-private training as part of our rehab-to-training bridge.
5. Will I be doing the same workout as everyone else?
Nope. In both small group and semi-private sessions, everyone is following their own program based on their needs and goals. You’re training together, and there might be overlap with some movements, but all programs are specific to each individual.
6. How is this different from a group fitness class?
This is personal training—delivered in a group setting. You’re not here to follow a workout of the day. You’ll follow your own progression plan with a coach guiding you through it every time.
7. What does “Fitness Forever Framework” mean?
It’s our way of saying this isn’t just about now. We coach you to build habits, skills, and strength that last for life—not just for summer or until your motivation runs out.
8. Do you run community events or social gatherings?
Yes. We host quarterly events like cornhole and pickleball tournaments, along with regular workshops to support both fitness and lifestyle development.
9. Do you offer open gym time?
Yes—for members only. It’s built in as a support tool, not a standalone membership. You can use it to add cardio, recovery work, or bonus sessions based on your plan.
10. What educational resources do members get access to?
In addition to coaching, we provide monthly member workshops and self-guided courses on topics like meal planning, time management, and foundational fitness skills.
